The debut album from Hipster Daddy-O and the Handgrenades released in 1997. "Armed and Swingin'" contains songs such as "The Perpetrator" which was featured in the movie "Me Myself and Irene" as well as "Daddy-O" that was used at the 2000 Summer Olympics by Russian gymnast Elena Zamolodchikova in her gold medal winning floor routine.
