Hipster Daddy-O and the Handgrenades (HDH) was formed in 1997 combining various influences from swing, ska, rockabilly, and rock. The band's musical style, however, transcends any single genre.
Their song "The Perpetrator" was featured in the movie Me, Myself & Irene starring Jim Carrey. The band was also featured in the October 1999 issue of Rolling Stone (Germany).
